To reserve your place in our studio schedule and secure materials for your custom Love Chime, we require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. Your deposit is credited to the final total; the remaining 50% is due before we ship or you pick up. Once you approve your design and we order materials, the deposit is non-refundable.
Mailing Ashes or Keepsakes for Your Love Chime
As part of our custom memorial service, we offer the option to incorporate a small amount of ashes or a keepsake into your Love Chime. This is a sacred trust, and we handle each item with reverence and care.
How to Send Ashes or Keepsakes
If you choose this option during your order, we will provide detailed instructions and our mailing address via email. Please follow these guidelines:
- Ashes must be securely sealed in a small container or vial (no loose material, no glass please).
- Keepsakes (such as fabric, a lock of hair, or small mementos) should be safely packaged and clearly labeled.
- Use a padded mailer or box, and include your full name, order number, and contact info inside the package.
Legal and Shipping Compliance
- According to U.S. Postal Service (USPS) guidelines, cremated remains must be shipped using Priority Mail Express with Label 139, in a properly marked container. We will assist with labeling guidance if needed.
- Do not send ashes via standard mail or international carriers — this may result in loss or non-delivery.
- For legal reasons, we do not accept any hazardous or biological materials outside of cremated remains or safe, symbolic keepsakes.
Handling with Care
Once received, your item will be:- Handled with the utmost respect and privacy
- Secured in our workshop during the creation process
- Either embedded into the epoxy design or sealed into a special compartment (depending on your selection)
We will notify you when the item arrives and again when your Love Chime is complete and ready to ship.
